Telephone Triage assistant
Our telephone triage assistants support our AdviceLine service, receiving in excess of 4,000 call per month. Based in either our Oldham or Cheadle contact centre, you will be supported to answer calls from residents and helping them get access to information, advice and guidance.
digital advice coach
We deal with over 2,000 clients face-to-face every month. Based in either Stockport, Rochdale or Trafford, you will support clients get information, advice and guidance online on the councils public access computers, supporting them find a way forward.
Working with clients, you will carry out in-depth appointments with clients either face-to-face or over the telephone supporting them on a one-to-one basis.
Working with clients on a one-to-one basis, you will support clients to complete their forms, ensuring they are completed correctly and to a high standard.
welfare benefits Tribunal support
Working with clients on a one-to-one basis, you will support clients providing practical support through their tribunal.
Working to support the advice service, you will provide administrative support to volunteers and provide reception cover.
