Location: Based in either Stockport or Oldham - travel within Greater Manchester will be required on occasion.

Salary: Scale 6 - £23,123 to £24,617 (pro rata salary applies)

Hours: Up to 3 days per week

The Citizens Advice services across Stockport, Oldham, Rochdale and Trafford are leading providers of advice and information, supporting tens of thousands of clients every year and we are now looking to recruit ambitious individuals to join our growing team of advisers.

We are looking for a Communications & Engagement Lead who understands how to produce high quality communications for a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Working closely with the executive team and wider leadership team, you will help to communicate the charities strategic priorities, developments and client stories of the charity, ensuring our message is clear, consistent and impactful.

You will be responsible for all communications and engagement and have the ability to develop strong and impactful branding materials whilst working within strict branding guidelines whilst being willing to try new and innovative ways to communicate both internally and externally.

The right candidate will experience in working in a communications role and will be able to demonstrate a passion for sharing the Citizens Advice message.
